I am a fiber artist and ceramicist who approaches art as a form of alchemy—a transformation of material into meaning, emotion, and connection. For the past seven years, weaving has been both a meditative practice and a method of storytelling. I am drawn to bold color and rich texture, using them as expressive tools to capture feeling and movement within a tactile medium.

My journey with ceramics began while working alongside blind and intellectually/developmentally disabled (IDD) artists. These experiences deeply shaped my relationship to form, touch, and accessibility in creative expression. I learned to prioritize intuition, process, and presence—allowing the material to guide me as much as I shape it.

Across both fibers and clay, my work explores the intersection of craft, care, and transformation. Whether on the loom or at the wheel, I see making as a conversation—between artist and material, self and community, chaos and order.
